Frozen Ropes is available for special events
(e.g., birthday parties, corporate events, team rentals, etc)
outside of our normal hours of operation. Please inquire with us at (585)

Frozen Ropes’ Customer Policies
1. Refunds
The following
details the Frozen Ropes’ refund policy for various events. These policies
are in effect to enable all customers adequate access to our services.
Refunds are for prepaid services and deposits.
1.1.
Team
Facility Rental
All event fees for team facility rentals are non-refundable unless Frozen
Ropes cancels the event.
1.2.
Classes
and Clinics
All event fees for classes and clinics are non-refundable unless Frozen
Ropes cancels the event. Customers are welcome with permission from Frozen
Ropes to attend the same class if offered at an additional time during
that week.
1.3.
Private
Instruction and Individual Facility Rental
A 24-hr advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule without
penalty. If less than a 24-hr advance notice is given, Frozen Ropes
reserves the right to charge customer for the service.
1.4.
Birthday Parties
A two-week advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule without
penalty. If less than a two-week advance notice is given, Frozen Ropes
reserves the right to retain all birthday party deposits.
2. Scheduling an Instructor
Frozen Ropes
will attempt to accommodate requests to schedule a specific instructor for
private or group instruction. However, we do not guarantee that a specific
instructor will provide instruction and we reserve the right to place a
qualified instructor in any instructional event. We will endeavor to
minimize any changes to the customer’s request for a specific instructor.
3.
Program Benefits
3.1. Private
Instruction – prepaid private instruction does not have a specific
expiration date.
3.2. Player
Development Programs (PDP) – all PDP benefits expire after the designated program
time is completed. Lessons purchased as part of a PDP do not have a specific expiration date.
3.3. Gift
Certificates – gift certificate benefits expire 12 months after gift
certificate is purchased.
4. Player Behavior, Character and Safety
Each player
is expected to observe rules concerning behavior, character and safety
which are in the best interest of all those enrolled in an event. Frozen
Ropes reserves the right to dismiss any player who does not observe these
rules, and to protect the rights and property of all players.
